Use the included care products to apply a light coat of protective oil to exposed carbon steel and maintain cutting edges as required. Do not twist or pry with pruning shears or hori hori, and use loppers for branches beyond the shears’ intended capacity. Store the maintenance products and small accessories in the wooden toolbox.
