Order Handling & Dispatch

We are not a drop-shipping company. All stock is held locally in Perth and dispatched from Perth.

Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout so we can prioritise your shipment.

Local Pickup (Hamilton Hill, Perth)

Local pickup is available by appointment for online orders.

How it works:

  • Place your order online.
  • Select Local pickup at checkout.
  • We will contact you by SMS or email to arrange a pickup time.
  • Pickup is from Hamilton Hill, the pickup address is provided after purchase.

Note: Pickup is by appointment only. Please wait for confirmation of a pickup time before coming to the address shown at checkout.

Notes:

  • Pickup is not available for walk-ins.
  • If you need same-day pickup, place your order early and contact us after checkout.

Shipping Charges (Australia)

  • Standard Post: $12.50 for orders under $250, includes tracking
  • Free Standard Post for orders $250 and above Australia-wide
  • Express Post: $19.00, includes tracking and prioritised handling

Free Standard Shipping — Australia-wide

Free standard shipping applies to orders $250 and above delivered anywhere in Australia. Standard shipping is $12.50 for orders under $250.

Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and charges. We cannot guarantee a delivery date; the delivery times below are estimates from dispatch.

Small items sent by Regular Letter may not include tracking or insurance.

Estimated Delivery Times

From the date of dispatch:

  • Standard: 3 to 5 business days (metro), 4 to 8 business days (rural)
  • Express: 1 to 2 business days (metro), 2 to 4 business days (rural)

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Plastic-Free Shipping Policy

We are committed to reducing waste and eliminating plastic wherever possible. Orders are packed in recyclable or reused materials.

Exceptions: Some Express Post satchels (required for delivery) and supplier packaging. These are outside our control but are 100% recyclable. We are working on solutions to reduce even these exceptions.

Damage in Transit

All orders are packed with care using protective materials. If your order arrives damaged:

Age-Restricted Items

Certain products, including knives and bladed tools, are restricted to customers aged 18 and over. We may require ID verification on delivery or at pickup for Local Pickup orders.

Orders placed via accelerated checkout methods (including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay) are also subject to our age restriction policy. We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order if age cannot be confirmed.
