Shipping Policy

Order Handling & Dispatch
We are not a drop-shipping company. All stock is held locally in Perth and dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout so we can prioritise your shipment.
Shipping Charges (Australia)
- Standard Post: $12.50 — includes tracking
- Free Standard Post for orders over $250 Australia-wide
- Free Standard Post for Perth metro orders over $100 (Local Legends offer)
- Express Post: $19.00 — includes tracking and prioritised handling
Small items sent by Regular Letter may not include tracking or insurance.
Note: Our Local Legends free delivery applies only to the Perth metropolitan area. If your address qualifies, we’ll personally deliver your order — this allows us to save on postage and pass that saving on to you.
Estimated Delivery Times
From the date of dispatch:
- Standard: 3–5 business days (metro), 4–8 days (rural)
- Express: 1–2 business days (metro), 2–4 days (rural)
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
Plastic-Free Shipping Policy
We are committed to reducing waste and eliminating plastic wherever possible. Orders are packed in recyclable or reused materials.
Exceptions: Some Express Post satchels (required for delivery) and supplier packaging. These are outside our control but are 100% recyclable. We are working on solutions to reduce even these exceptions.
Damage in Transit
All orders are packed with care using protective materials. If your order arrives damaged:
- Email info@eastwesttools.com.au within 7 days
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
If deemed damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
