Order Handling & Dispatch
We are not a drop-shipping company. All stock is held locally in Perth and dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout so we can prioritise your shipment.

Shipping Charges (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: $12.50 – Includes tracking, sent via Australia Post

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $250 Australia-wide, or over $100 within Perth metro

  • Express Shipping: $19.00 – Includes tracking and prioritised handling

Note: Small items sent by Australia Post Regular Letter may not include tracking or insurance.

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)
From the date of dispatch:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days (metro), 4–8 days (rural)

  • Express: 1–2 business days (metro), 2–4 days (rural)

Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Plastic-Free Shipping Policy
We are committed to reducing waste and eliminating plastic wherever possible. Orders are packed in recyclable or reused materials.

Exceptions:

  • Express Post satchels (required for some deliveries, 100% recyclable)

  • Protective plastic from suppliers where necessary for product safety

We are actively working to reduce these exceptions over time.

Damage in Transit
We pack all orders using protective materials to prevent damage. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@eastwesttools.com.au within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

If the item is deemed to have been damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
