Hand-forged iron pot and tray for clean, stable plant display
Millio’s forged iron flower pot brings Japanese craft to the windowsill and workbench. The weight and balance keep plants stable, while the tray protects shelves and desks. Made in Miki, Hyogo, each pot is free-forged from iron by Millio’s smiths. Hammer work leaves a subtle texture and the signature “slash” motif, giving grip and visual depth. Iron’s mass helps resist tipping and evens temperature swings for small plantings. This set includes the coordinated iron saucer for neat watering and easy placement on indoor surfaces. Classed as a 3-go pot, it suits compact bonsai, succulents, and accent plantings.
Being forged iron they are designed to form a natural patina over time. This surface change is part of their character and does not affect function. For broader tool care habits, see Why Forged Carbon Steel? and our Care & Maintenance guide.
Tip: use an inner plastic nursery pot for planting and drop it into the Millio pot to simplify repotting and keep watering clean.
